Dr. David Sia graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) before commencing his postgraduate radiology training in 2009. In 2012, he attained both the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) and the Master of Medicine (Radiology) from NUS. That same year, he was the inaugural recipient of the prestigious Peh Eng Teck Memorial Medal & Prize.
In 2015, Dr. Sia was awarded the Ministry of Health’s Hospital Manpower Development Program (HMDP) fellowship, which enabled him to further his sub-specialty training in sports and musculoskeletal imaging at the internationally renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, completing his fellowship in 2016.
Upon returning to Singapore, he served as a Senior Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist at the National University Hospital (NUH), where he was also the Program Director for the National University Health System (NUHS) Radiology Residency Program. He has since transitioned into private practice, continuing to focus on musculoskeletal imaging with a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
